Return & Exchange Policy
At Bowtiful Creations by D, every item is handmade with love, care, and attention to detail. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If there is an issue with your order, we are happy to assist you.
Returns & Exchanges
Customers have 14 days from the delivery date to request a return or exchange. Requests submitted after this 14-day period will not be accepted.
To be eligible for a return or exchange:
- Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition.
- Items must not be damaged, altered, or show any signs of wear.
- Clear photo proof of the issue or damage must be provided with your request.
Due to the handmade nature of our products, items that have been worn, used, damaged, or altered after delivery are not eligible for return or exchange.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 14 days of delivery with:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Clear photos showing the problem
Once your request has been reviewed, we will determine the best resolution, which may include an exchange, replacement, store credit, or refund when applicable.

Refunds
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow several business days for your bank or payment provider to process the refund.
Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error made by Bowtiful Creations by D or a damaged item received.
